Return and exchange policy

Full price:
Returns and exchanges are free of charge within 14 days for regular-priced items for one time (eg: if you used a discount code to buy an item you will still have the right to a free refund and return.)

After you place your order, we will process it within 48 hours.

Archive Sales:
While we do accept the return of Archive Sales, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to MBO . Free returns exclude sale items.

For health and hygiene reasons please wear undergarments when trying your kit on.

Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will process your application within 48 hours. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange requests for purchases made using multiple accounts where the customer claims incorrect items were shipped after receiving the items. For any issues, please contact customer service using the corresponding MBO account for resolution.

We support reasonable return and exchange requests. However, if packages is returned due to customer-related reasons—such as repeated refusal to accept deliveries or  refusing to pick up parcels or frequent purchase-return cycles without valid justification—we will refuse to process orders for such customers. In severe cases, customers may be added to our website's blacklist.

Cancel an order：We support customers canceling orders within 24 hours of placing them.
For orders placed before 3 PM Monday through Friday, merchants will process orders within 24 hours.
For orders placed after 3 PM Friday through Sunday, merchants will process orders within 72 hours.
If a customer initiates order cancellation before the shipping time and within the website's specified cancellation window, the order can be canceled.

Refund Processing Time：Refunds will be processed within 7 days to the customer's original payment account.
