Spring Festival Order Delivery Notice：

All orders placed from January 25rd 2025 will be shipped starting from February 5nd, 2025.
Shipping Information 
Processing Time:

Order before 5PM EST/12PM PST and your order will be dispatched on the same working day (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).

Same Day Shipping:

We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within approximately 1-2 working days.

Shipping Time
United States:
  1. Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 USD
  2. Orders under $200 USD will be use USPS standard shipping. (USA)
  3. Standard delivery time after dispatch is approximately2-4working days for West Coast, USA and approximately 3-5 working days for East Coast, USA.
    Express delivery time after dispatch is approximately 1-2 working days
  4. Orders above $200 USD will be use DHL Express shipping.

The Miami flagship store is expected to soft open in early December, and some southern U.S. orders will be shipped from the flagship store or picked up offline.

Rest Of World:
  1. Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 USD
  2. Orders under $200 USD will be use YUN Express standard shipping.
  3. Standard delivery time after dispatch is 4-6 business days* across Europe
    Express delivery time after dispatch is approximately 1-2 working days
  4. Orders above $200 USD will be use DHL Express shipping.
