If you want it like me for cycling I stay exact, you can see that it warms up very well I have not put it to the test but I am 178 and I weigh 75 kilos and it was great for me.

Excellent jacket, 170 cm and 70 kg fit L perfectly. Although it is positioned as winter, but rather Spring Autumn or very warm winter. Type of thin fleece. For winter will go as the second layer in the presence of the third or as the third with almost the same second. Under my goals what is needed.
