Job Title: Store Manager 

We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our MBO Miami Store. It should be someone who can demonstrate incredible hospitality, provide exceptional leadership behaviors and wants to run a business as if it was his/her own.

**Position Overview:**

  • The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our Miami location, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and meets its sales goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for cycling, strong leadership skills, and experience in retail management.
  • You will lead, inspire, team members while maintaining the brand’s high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening/closing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Drive sales by ensuring a premium customer experience, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate cycling apparel and gear.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain the store's visual standards to reflect MBO”s brand identity and ensure product displays are appealing and updated regularly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stock management.
  • Lead and Collaborate with marketing and headquarters to execute in-store promotions,ride events, and product launches etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements:**

  • English and Spanish bilingual
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail, preferably within the cycling, sports, or apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of cycling apparel and can ride is a plus.
  • Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A positive, "get stuff done", attitude
  • A desire to be actively involved in getting more people come to our store by connecting with the local cycling community and work with like-minded teammates
  • Have a Learn-it-all vs. Know-it-all mindset
  • Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
