ARTWORK & DESIGN
Do you charge for design work?
MBO will provide the first draft and 5 revisions of your new design free of charge and offers two free designs.（A deposit of 50 USD is required for each additional design. Upon order confirmation, this deposit will be credited toward the total payment. If no order is placed, the deposit is non-refundable.） Please be as detail-oriented as possible with your design submission .Beyond these 5 revisions, design fees will apply.
What format do I need to submit my artwork?
Vector graphics in .EPS ,PDF or .AI format are preferred.
Do I have to have the MBO logo on my jerseys/tops and/or shorts or bottoms?
MBO maintains standard logo locations and size requirements on every garment.The MBO logo will be placed on the left chest or back pocket of the jerseys and on the side of the bibs.
I have graphic art skills; do you provide templates for me to create my design?
MBO will provide 2D template files for you to design yourself.
Can I see a test print of my design before production starts?
We will print the swatches after you confirm the design.
Can I get the sample garment?
Customers can obtain samples at retail price, with shipping costs covered by us for outgoing samples and by the customer for return samples.Upon confirmation of bulk production, the sample fees can be applied toward the order total or refunded to your original account.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
What is the minimum order quantity needed to place an order?
With MBO, there are NO minimum requirements.
Men’s & Women’s sizes sizes for tiered pricing?
You can combine men’s and women’s sizes together only when available on the same product to qualify for a higher tier discount. You cannot, however, combine genders across different products.
What are the payment options?
We take all major credit cards,PAYPAL and bank account.
How much is shipping?
We ship to our customers using DHL or UPS and Fedex shipping. （Customers are responsible for paying taxes and fees.）
—Approximately 3 business days via DHL International Express.
—Approximately 5-8 business days via UPS/FEDEX International Express.
Shipping is based on the shipping weight of the order. If you choose DHL, the price for shipping 1KG (approximately 4-5 pieces) to the United States is $45.
If you choose UPS/FEDEX, the price for shipping 1KG (approximately 4-5 pieces) to the United States is $30.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
How long is your production?
MBO Production Lead Time: 20 working days after payment is received. Shipping time is additional, US customers should have the garments in hand within 2 weeks of the order departing the factory.
Can I track my shipment?
Absolutely. We will send you the tracking number and track it for you in real time.
Can I purchase shipping insurance?
Yes, of course. The insurance premium is calculatedx0.1% x10% of the declared value of the cargo. If the insurance is purchased based on the actual value, the premium will increase accordingly.
