ART PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Design Support Included:
MBO provides two free custom designs, each including an initial draft and up to five complimentary revisions.
For any additional design concepts beyond the two free options, a $50 deposit per design is required.
*If you proceed with an order, this deposit will be credited toward your total payment.
*If no order is placed, the deposit is non-refundable.
To ensure a smooth design process, please submit your request with as much detail as possible—including all logos, graphics in vector format (Adobe Illustrator,AI or PDF preferred).
Note: Revisions beyond the included five per design will incur additional design fees.

- Logo Placement:
*Standard Branding Placement:
MBO follows consistent logo placement guidelines:
– Jerseys: MBO logo on the left chest or back pocket
– Bibs: MBO logo on the front panel - Fast Design Turnaround:
*Initial design delivered within 24 hours
*Revised design:
—Simple edits (e.g., background color, logo swap, or repositioning) completed in under 2 hours
—Complex Designs: Abstract or non-standard concepts would take up to 48 hours to develop. - Colors
Refer to the Pantone color chart provided by MBO to specify your color choice. - Personalization:
Add a printed rider name for $5 per item—limited to one name, placed in up to two locations on the jersey.(All jerseys must have the same print placement.) - Final Approval:
Once your design is approved, no further modifications are permitted, as production begins immediately.
FIT KIT SAMPLE POLICY
- Customers may request fit samples at retail price., with shipping costs covered by for outgoing samples and by us for return samples.Once your bulk order is confirmed, the sample fee will either be:
Credited toward your total order,or refunded to your original payment method.
- All samples must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Samples not returned within this period will be considered purchased and are non-refundable.
- For customers in the USA, fit kit sample can be returned to the designated contact points in each state.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & SIZE GUIDE
- We’ll prepare an order confirmation based on your selected garment levels, quantities, sizes, and approved design artwork. Please review all details carefully to ensure accuracy before finalizing your order.
- MBO provides a detailed size chart to help you choose the perfect fit.
PAYMENT & PRODUCTION TERMS
- Full payment / half payment is required to begin production begin, the remaining half payment must be paid before the shipment.Production begins immediately upon receipt of payment.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and Taxes.
- Payment to the company account incurs no processing fee. Additional processing fees apply when paying via PayPal or credit card.
- Change & Cancellation Policy
No modifications to design, sizing, or quantities are permitted once production has commenced. Any requested changes will be subject to additional fees. - Order Cancellation Policy
*If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours of placement, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remainder will be refunded.
*If the order is canceled after 48 hours:
—If a deposit (50% payment) was made, it is non-refundable.
—If full payment was made, only 50% of the total payment will be refunded. - Lead Time
MBO’s standard production lead time is 20 working days(Exclude weekends) from the date payment is received.
SHIPPING POLICY
- We ship worldwide via DHL, UPS, or FedEx International Express.
- Approximately 3 business days via DHL International Express.
- Approximately 5-8 business days via UPS/FEDEX International Express.
- Note: If you choose logistics without tax inclusion, you may contact the customer service manager for assistance with customs clearance.
- Delays from Freight companies and customs is not the responsibility of MBO.
We recommend purchasing insurance as we are not liable for items lost during transit.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
- Manufacturing Defects (Warranty Coverage)
- Custom cycling apparel is made to order and uniquely tailored to your specifications. Therefore, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted—except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
- If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., seam failure, fabric flaw, zipper malfunction), MBO will restock or replace the affected items at no cost:
—Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
—Clear photos of the defect are required for verification.
- Crash Replacement
In the unfortunate event your custom kit is damaged in a crash, we offer discounted replacements as a courtesy:
—1 item: Replace at 20% off the current retail price
—5 or more items: Receive a discounted rate based on your original order value. Please contact us for a specific quote.
Note: This policy applies to crash-related damage only. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required. Normal wear, improper care, or non-crash damage are not covered.
