How do I request for a Crash Replacement?

Requirments:
Send us an images of your damaged kit and your order number and we will give you a 40% discount on your replacement kit.
What does it cover?
Fair wear and tear is not covered under this program.
Please apply as soon as practical after the damage occurred. This service covers a kit that was purchased in the last one years, from one of mbocycling.com, the service does not apply to Archive product
The program applies only to items purchased online at mbocycling.com
Purchases from authorised retailers outside MBO are not eligible.
A 40% discount on a replacement item. （The discount is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.）
What if my damaged kit is out of stock?
Should your damaged kit be out of stock, the discount will be given on the most recent and available item in the current collection.
