I ordered one size bigger and they fit great. The straps are a little tight getting on but no problem while riding. No irritation or hot spots with the chamois. Already ordered the other colors

6/10 middle quality shorts. I was surprised by the very little elasticity of the suspenders. A little bit too long legs in size 2XL for height 184cm.
